While on cycle, how much protein can the body synthesize per hour?
I'm sure this varies per compound, and I know it varies per an individuals body weight. But how much more can the liver process in one hour span on cycle?
From what I understand, a normal 200 pound males body can convert 25 - 35 gms MAX of protein per hour into muscle. Is this close to being accurate? I could google it but I remember thats what I found a long time ago.
How much higher would it be on lets just say 400 mg of test a week? 50 grams an hour? 60? Does anyone know?
I'm trying to alter my diet towards being cleaner but in doing so I'm finding great difficulty in being hungry enought to consume enough meals a day to get the proper amount of protein I should be getting.
So I'm wondering if the three protein shakes a day I consume, instead of using 1 scoop/shake that maybe I should go for 2 or 2.5 scoops/shake. Which would be around 50 to 60 gms protein.
FYI I'm 225 lbs right now and on 300mg test e/300mg primo a week currently, down to 13% bf today! woohoo! lol

everyone is different bro and there are alot of factors at play here. i try to not go over 50 grams at a time unless im using slin in which case i will take in 80 grams at a time

have to consider whether the protien is complete. net and gross for beef and chicken can be as different as 30%.

Its reported that the body can approx only process 50g of protein per meal anything over that would be a waste so id estimate thats every 2 hours and i say its the same whilst on cycle not sure if it differs whilst on slin.
