Bad Gear........?????

i ordered some gear for me and a friend. I am not planning anything for a while but he went ahead and started. I gave him the first shot and everything was clean and did just the way i have many times before. He got a huge absess. I was just wondering what the chance is that the gear is dirty. This is the first time i have had to order online. I don't know if he should do any more or even if when i get ready to go if i should do mine if it is not legit. I am pretty sure that it was not the shot. I guess im asking is it most likely that dirty gear could cause this...........

Yeah well this gear is frowned upon for posting pis. Because of the packaging or i would. Thanks though. I might tell him just do it again.lol Use him as my test subject. I damn sure don't want that.
