just wondering
ok this is going to be my first cycle and im doing test e but my question to you guys is how much of the muscle can you expect to keep when you come off the cycle, if your diet is very good????

not counting the water weight, you should keep 75% of your gains at least

ok thats very good. i have to ask tho do you think the top pro IFFB bodybuilders cycle there gear?
