    Post DNP

Hi guys, after reading alot of info on DNP I cant find anything on how you should adjust your diet after you take your last cap. Im taking my DNP like this,

    Day 1-3 = 200mg
    Day 4-14 = 400mg

Im have cycled AAS but am not on at the moment. I will be carrying on my cut after I have finished my DNP. I know you get the best results from the DNP in the 5 days you finish.

After my last cap shoud I keep my carbs where they are or drop them down a bit?

    It doesn't matter!

DNP losses simply cannot be sustained because it is not an NFL participant. Instead the whole scenario is viewed by the body as an illegitimate loss of registered/integral bf, which consequently initiates almost immediate (the toxin levels have to subside enough for proper mitochondrial functioning) homeostatic measures to swiftly counteract the changes. This is very similar to processes undergone by the person who loses weight during the Flu. So unless you have an impending show or event, DNP’s impermanent, temporal, unsustainable change is utterly useless.

DNP like Chemotherapy, can be a useful poison, but both are still POISONS

    I completely understand!

DNP 's reputation is mythical thereby making the allure great, and though it lives up to every single claim, sadly it cheats the body in such a way as to prohibit sustained/prolonged results.

The only thing to keep your cut would be to have your diet in check. I kept my weight down after my DNP 's cycles. It wasn't easy tho, but the best things never are, are they.
