    clen/T3/Winstrol

    Hey everyone im 21 6"5 258lbs at ablout 20% BF. I want to run my 1st cycle to burn more bodyfat off before I start my bulking cycles. I want to run Clen weeks 1-3 and weeks 7-9, 60-80-100. T3 weeks 4-7 50-50-100-100 and Winstrol 4-7 150mg/week. How do you think that will work out? My diet is very clean and Im doing atleast 45 mins of cardio a day.

    post up your diet
    clen is good but not the winny/t3
    t3 is catabolic
    winny hardens muscle- not burns fat

    meal 1- oatmeal with egg whites
    meal 2- portein shake
    meal 3- 2 turkey burgers with whole grain bread
    meal 4- bar
    meal 5- 3 chicken breasts cup broc and brown rice
    meal6- shake

    I throw fruit and different things to change it up, but thats what I had yesterday.

    I head clean/T3 is the best fat burner besides DNP . Plus adding winny keeps the muscles harder and dosent helps with the muscle loss during the cycle.

    You also might want to post your diet in miros......although that looks like a clean diet, if the amounts/serving size is not correct, you could be severely starving your body......

    get the fruit out. fruit sugar bypasses the liver and goes straight to fat cells

    I eat some fruit almost everyday after my second workout.....along with some egg whites, and a kool aid coolburst.....but i also use insulin .....

    not bad, i would throw in some bcaas as eggs are a midrange release protein(around 6 hours i believe) so the bcaas will cause an immediate filling of your amino acid pool

    scrap brown rice, contrary to popular belief its not a very good carb, add sweet potatoes

    if it's a casein shake then your good, if not then get some cottage cheese and eat that, you can add 150-200g of blueberries, blackberries or strawberrys if you want
    I throw fruit and different things to change it up, but thats what I had yesterday.
    first off we need portions and macros cause this means nothing really without those, but ill try and help

    Thanks for all the dieting tips. Is this a good cycle tho? Im just looking to lose BF, yet keep some muscle mass.

    i would personally throw some test in there at a low dose

    would the clen /T3/winny be a good fat loss mix? I read on a website thats a good beginner fat loss cycle.

    winny has nothing to do w/ fat loss.

    that plus testosterone would be a great cycle for some thats under 12% to get to 8%
    but above 12%, no, only clen /diet

    w/o diet and training in place nothing. the winny is an unnecessary addition. it does NOT burn fat. get diet and training worked out and research the different hormones available and post a cycle that makes sense w/ the goals you have in mind
