advice needed!
guys i know this question might not belong here but could you guys tell me if its ok for me to work out my abs (crunches,leg raises) while i am on a 10 week test e cycle? i am really sorry for posting this here because i have a feeling that this is the wrong place to b postin it but no one was replyin in the workout section!!thanks

What has given you the slightest idea that it wouldn't be okay to work out a body part during a cycle....

oh actually a friend said that if you work out your abs on cycle they would grow in size and mae you look bad thats why i was confused and deciced that i had to ask it here!!!so you think its perfectly fine for me to do so!!! n thanks for your reply

ask your friend why people work out abs to begin with... if he says anything other than to increase their size he may be mentally impaired.

thanks alot guys i really appreciate the help!!!oh and 1 more thing right now i am on 60 mg dbol as well for the first 6 weeks and i took PT's advice and prolonged my cycle to 10 weeks rather than 8 weeks so can i begin doin the abs even while i am on dbol or just wait for week 6 to end and then begin!!??is the dbol going to be a problem??sorry for missing out on this earlier!
