I am currently finishing a cycle of deca and about to start winnie. I need to know....

What gauge needle to use?

How many times a week to inject?

What dosage I need to inject?

Normal 25g or 23g should do.

Everyday!

At least 50mg.

19 yo, 5'10, 215lbs, 12% bf, 6 meals/day all high protein mod carb, lifting for 6 years now, very complex routine (6 days/wk) hit lagging body parts twice a week.

deca was my first cycle, and i am currently on wk 10, using 25 gauge needle. i am taking 6 - oxo every other day. goal of the deca was to put on muscle. i started out at 195 and gained about 20lbs. i am now looking to cut and maintain as much muscle as possible.

i really just need to know how often to inject, how much each injection in mg and ml, i saw your site attached and that cleared up alot. but for my body type, what would be good for me in your opinion.

the winnie i have is stanozal 50...so i assume its 50mg/1 ml

Does it say "Stanozal" on your bottle? I am not saying it is not legit, but the proper name of it is Stanozolol . A lot of fakes will use similar names, but with slight variations of spellings.

really using winny alone is not a good idea
deca alone either

*Suppress – Decrease natural testosterone production
*Shut down – Completely stop natural testosterone production
*Testosterone – Testosterone is necessary for other functions in the human body other than muscular and cellular development. Without it, one could potentially have problems sexually, mentally, and physically. The body has a system called the LH feedback loop. The more androgenic hormones that you have in your body, the less your body will feel the need to produce any testosterone at all. Basically, the point is Testosterone is necessary in almost any cycle, except a short DHT cycle (which will be explained later). 19nors should never be taken without test. This also illustrates why PCT is necessary.

that forum really helped, so i should take some form of pct after the deca ?

i never noticed a sex drive decress, i felt the drive more, my last deca shot was two days ago. what my buddy recommended was that I take 6-oxo every other day while on deca. he then said after the cycle, take 6-oxo everyday. do you recommend something different? still my biggest question is with the winstrol . can it be taken every other day at 50mg? and what type of pct should i get on after that?

you should also run some form of test as a base for any cycle....deca and/or winny alone is a very bad idea......

50mg eod won't do a thing. With Winny 50mg/ml, take 1cc ed.

But I really don't recommend running just winstroll. It should be stacked with some form of test. I think the best advice anyone on these forums can give you is that you need to do more research bro. Find out a little more about what you're puting in your body.
