will I be huge?
Hi!I'm 5" 10" and 260 lbs with just under 30 percent body fat.
I;m planning to do 500mg of sustanon a week stacked with decca durabolin whist training high intensity style with upwards of 4000 calories a day.
Should this get me to 300lbs in 6 mnths.Im a hammer thrower so...the bigger I get the better.cheers.

OMG! I dont even know where to begin bro...
First off, i dont care what you do, unless your BF% is less than 8%, being 5'10 and 260lbs is plain unhealthy!
And youre telling me your just under 30%BF and you want to run a cycle?
This will be the biggest mistake of your life if you go through with it... It could be the last mistake you ever make as well....

I agree.
With 30% body fat you should be concerned with diet, cardio, and maybe some fat burners.
And nothing else til you get it down at least under 20%.

I need to be big
I cant be ripped or anything bro.Im a hammer thrower and I dont know if youve seen hammer throwers or caber tossers but they certainly aint ripped mate.Im doing it for the sport like a sumo wrestler does in japan.
I may be less than 30 percent I certainly dont look at but I do have a gut and a bit of fat all round yes.
Trust me If I was 300 lbs I could throw alot farther than I do now,maybe even the magical 10m extra in 6 mnths cheers.

Not even close Ricky, IMHO, anyone over 15% should not even consider AAS...
Under 12% being best, and under 10 optimum...
This guy needs to be trolling the diet fourm... 30% is just nuts to be cycling... Hes not gonna gain anything anyway!
@ 5'10, a good weight should be 185-215lbs with 10%BF....

Thanks,You guys are more than right..I dunno what i was thinking...easy results I guess.but 185 to 215 I dunno..I was pretty ripped (well visible six pack) at 225-230 a few yrs ago,maybe thats what i should be aiming for now...will take 1 yr plus though with no more bbq ribs(sigh)life wasnt meant to be easy I guess!thanx

U don't have 2 be fat 2 be strong. Lose some bf, take a cycle, and i bet you'll throw that hammer alot farther. U don't have to be 12% or less though.

with 30% bf your not gonna see the results you would if you were say 15% or even 20%. hit the treadmil, street, bike for a while man, i wouldnt waste money on anything (esp sus) until the bf was quite a bit lower man. good luck bro

Like everyone before me said........worry more about your diet, cardio, and training.....your bf is way too high to even begin thinking about aas.....check out the diet forum, maybe even look into a nutritionalist..

I agree...in a bad way. If you get any higher BF than that, I would start worrying about heart problems and and other things as such, not the effects of roids. Loose some fat, and like everyone else has been saying, get to an appropriate weight (185-215) with a decent BF (15%) and then come and ask here about roids. I don't mean to sound like an a s s, but heart problems and titties ain't the way I would wanna live my life, would you?
