ive done test suspension 1 shot a day, 2 shots a day,
ive done sustanon 2 per week,3 per week and eod
ive done test enth 2 per week,3 per week

of course with other aas included but the main subject is test

thanks for the help all. ill be sure to post pictures in about 12 weeks. With my solid diet and hard training i plan on putting about 20lbs of mass on and even dropping a few percent B.F.
