Depends what you are using it for and also it depends on the dosage strength per ml.

Wish I could help a bit more, I have been looking around and unable to find answer. Although, the profiles page states that in order to even achieve a steady blood-plasma level you have to be on it for 60 days. I would imagine that staying on for more than say 6 months would probably be a bit long. Hopefully someone can clarify this a little more.

Whats the mg/ml dosage man? If it's lion's you're probable taking 1.25mg/day which most would say is too much depending on your goals. Are you using it to rid yourself of breast tissue or taking on cycle to reduce estrogen?

I use letro for 12 weeks during a cycle. Then continue it two weeks after the cycle at .25 then off it totaly when not on cycle.

"too long" depends on the person. It may take up to 60 days to get the blood plasma stability, but it certainly doesn't take that long to decimate your estrogen.
For me, "too long" was about 60 days in fact, when my hair turned orange and subsequently fell out. Although, it should be obvious that I just got really unlucky and have a very high sensitivity to these types of drugs. I've heard of dudes using it for up to 6 months. Just depends on you.
I will say this about it: do not use it any longer than you absolutely must.
