    Lightbulb Help out an old bro loose weight!!!

    Well its been a long time since i was on here. Probably like 3 or 4 years!! I registered under a new name and email and figured id start from scratch.'

    First thing is ive been there done that, done almost every aas there is and used to be dam huge. Now at 31 and 6ft 280lbs, i have a huge gut to loose and have to get in better health. The things i got against me is type 2 diabetes, bipolar, low natural test levels, left ventricular hypertrophy, and metabolic syndrome. All of it is under control with meds and insulin and i know im gonna hear the "be carefull" with aas but im stubborn and i just love anabolics!!!!!!!!!!

    SO, first i need to get everything towards weight loss and the first obstacle is my diet. Obviously sugar is cut out of my diet and i try hard to cut as many carbs as possible. Im upping the protein with isopure's zero carb/sugar protein, and i have those 3oz shots of protein juice.(more like caugh syrup)! Next is slim fast bars and there the only ones i can stand to eat. mainly there choc chip cookie dough. After that i definately need advice on foods to have all day and at what times. Im not much for cooking cause im just plain lazy and im not good at it,,, and i cant eat foods without a good taste to it,,, for example i cant eat fat free cheeze or most stuff fat free. It just tastes nasty!! I preffer a nice beefy burger to a 95% lean or veggie burger,, yuck!!

    Now onto supplements...... Im currently taking fish oil, cla, ala, chromium p, multi vit, garlic, potassium, magnesium, dhea, aspirin and a caffine pill every so often. Its hard for me to stomache stimulant pills unless i eat 4 slices of pizza with it. I have stacker 3's but it leaves me with soor stomache all day which sucks. Anything i should add or tweak?????

    Now onto the goodies!!!!!!!!!!!! Things im going to start taking are vit b12 inj, kynoselen inj, e/c/a stak on 2 weeks, off 2 weeks,(i can stomache straight ephedra in high doses easily for some odd reason). And im gonna start a dose of stimol and about 50mg of methyltestosterone before each workout only.(yes i know its toxic but i need the motivation/aggressiveness!). Things that will be to come are increasingly higher and higher test e injects,(props too painfull), then when gains have been noticed and reached to a good degree then i'll start an actual cycle consisting of EQ or tren or clen /t3,(if i can tolerate it and not throw up all day), and keep it up untill the gut is gone and the desired amount of fat is gone!!! Can i ask u guys advice on things like HGH fragment and igf 3 ????? Theres tons of these HGH's and GF's out there with crazy names that is all new to me. All i remember back in the day was really expensive jintrophin (however u spell it) cases and really expensive igf. Now theres all sorts of pepsides and ancillaries out there and i could use some direction there. Once im down to 240ish and a 38 waste then its onto handfulls of dbol and hi test/deca cycles!!!!!!!! ( i cant wait!!!! )!!!!

    Now i know it sounds like i have the plan all planned out but im looking for advice in any areas, any new products out there both supps and aas's, good eating advice to loose weight, maybe even a good workout strategy. I have always HATED cardio and never needed it or did much of it. I kept a "Bill Goldberg" like body image (22 1/2" neck i had!!) and thats what i'll be shooting for again but i need the gut gone first and i need a better conditioned body for health issues!!!! So cardio is in but will be introduced slowly. I started a fast walk and have done 3 miles in an hour and the goal is to beat the last time even if only a few minutes, each and every time. If i do that, i will eventually get a good 3 mile time in and be better conditioned. I dont need any advice in weightlifting cause i got that down pat.(used to bench in the 500's and deadlift/squat in the 600's).

    Well now that im fully vented, someone kick me in the a$$ and help me turn back the clock to this.......

    Diet and cario's your best bet for a long time bro. If your cardio's not in line, you can't expect a magic fat loss aas to do the trick. Throwin in T3/clen after you are back into a hardcore cardio routine for a while we def help. You may want to think of stacking that with something else tho cause T3 is catabolic and can cause you to lose muscle mass too not just fat.

    Id say drop a few inches from good ol fashioned diet and cardio, then throw in somethin like a Test-tren cutting cycle followed by clen 2 weeks on 2 off repeat

    Bro,

    ya might get some better feedback if you repost in the "Over 40" section- I'm not trying to make a joke, but those guys may have experience with aas and similar medical conditions...

    Also, if I had heart/ventricular issues AND "metabolic syndrome" I would proceed with great caution because you might be asking for trouble and an unfortunate obituary...

    your going to have to get over that not cooking for yourself thing. I cook 6 lbs of chicken at once. its a 45min investment for almost 800grams of pro. cook it in a pot w/ a table spoon of veg oil. have you looked in the diet section. check out the cutting sticky

    Diet and exercise...get the weight down before any aas...IMO...BTW I used to weigh 330....I don't any more.
