pins and needles

any info on why this happens . some mornings when i wake up hands are a bit numb and the odd time when i am sitting down watching tv i get it aswell. i am runing test e and deca at the minute if that helps. thanks

Sometimes my hands go numb, it's caused by my biceps being so large that they actually stop blood flow if my arm is bent 90 degrees or greater.
