    cuttin / fat burnin

    ive got 3 weeks left on my bulkin cycle, heavy carbs etc etc

    ive still got a bit of body fat to be shifting so will be doing a cuttin cycle with intence cardio, ive done t3 b4 and it stripped it off me! is it really dangerous tho,

    im doing hgh but either want to add clen or t3 whats the safest?

    More importantly is going to be you diet bro...ok you're bulking....you know that you have to make certain changes in carb intake aswell as fats while doing cardio in order to burn fat....you can take anything you want but if your nutrition is not dialed in you're pissing in the wind.

    There is always DNP that will strip the fat right off as well..but i wouldnt recomend it. Too dangerous in my opinion.

    diet typical

    9am weetabix semi skimmed milk

    11am protein shake

    1pm chicken sandwich, sugary drink

    3pm train 4pm protein shake

    6.30 pm chicken/beef, veg , roast potatos/fries

    10pm protein shake (bed)

    im doin maxi muscle cyclone shakes

    my bad habits are candy/ chocolate which i know will have to stop!

    any advice?

    bro im no where near a vet....but if thats what your bulkin diet looks like these vets on here are gonna really have some things to say...when you say stuff like im all to familar with my diet and then you have three shakes in a day...u post no totals by anything...i mean on a bulking diet you eat a chicken sandwich and a chicken or beef meal with a bunch of shakes essentially?? Then say how u take in candy and chocolate on cyce...bro that looks like a college kid diet who is eating at subway and then in and out burger??i might be crazy but before you look at more compounds to shed off fat take a closer look at your bulking diet...sry if im coming off like a di*k..im sure they vets will give you better advice..but thats my two cents
