    Injured on pct help?

ok yesterday I was in the gym doing shoulder presses,on my 6th rep I felt something CRUNCH in my upper back,it totally paralized my upper body for a couple minutes which scared the shit out of me.I could walk fine but could not move my neck or back at all.I had to get taken to the hospital and all the doc did was give me a shot of pain medicine and valium because she said I had a huge muscle spasm in my left shoulder.(of course she ask me if I used steroids because she said I had a steroid rash on my arms LOL)she gave me a script for percocet and valium and sent me on my way,I have to get an MRI now to see what's wrong.I'm 25 years old 6"0, 203lb, now at12 percent body fat,I eat really clean but keep my calories high and always make sure to get minimum of 400 grams of protein a day kepping my shakes at 3 a day.I'm not even 2 weeks into my pct and even if the injury is nothing serious there's still no way I'll be able to lift for at least a week mabey 2.i'm worried I'm gonna lose all my hard earned gains.if some of u guys can let me know what u think it would really help.

What can we tell you ? You are out of action dude and you just have to deal with that, just make sure you continue PCT and eat as cleanly as possible
