    oral or injection

    does anybody know what the best oral steroid is out there right now? came across many, but don't know which to choose from. i am looking into injections now since i heard they last longer in your body. is this true?

    great! thanks for the info! have to really study this stuff. always wanted to know how one can break through the natural limitations of bodybuilding, seeing how i heard it depends on the type of genes a person has.
