pubertal gyno?
hey been looking around the web and doing abit of research..
i was a fat kid when i went through puberty, so im wondering if this is pubertal gyno or if its just that i have to lose 5-10 pounds of fat.
although the gym measured me at like 14% bf.
so ehh i dunno.
i remember when i was like 13ish my nipples used to hurt chronicly.
all oppinions and advice welcomed.
currently on a cutting diet with some thermogenics(hydroxycut hardcore)

I don't know why but i find the word "pubertal " funny ?
If you are still going through puberty a lot of boys develop a lump behind their nipple which goes away on its own.

lol pubertal, i guess it is an amusing word.
ermm that was like 6 years ago.
but yea now i have like rather large nipples and shit and it bothers me to an extent.

doesnt look like gyno to me. if you drop some bodyfat you'll know for sure

yea, im hoping its just body fat.
i will see in the next few weeks i guess.
i did a bulking diet and it ended out unbalanced because i ran short of money, so i gained a little more fat than wanted, but i got rid of most up it.
do you rekon if i lose the fat in that area, my nipples will reduce in size?

theres just like this fatty deposit at the end of my chest lol, i hate it.
but change of diet and some hard work... my goal is actually 8% bf but that will be rather hard..
i'll have to throw away my drinking habbit.

its body fat. and of course you cannot spot reduce, so it will take time to get it off your chest, it has to come off everywhere. lots of cardio and right diet. why do you think your nips are large, they don't appear that way to me?

ahh probably didnt look that big in the photo, but you can see like my nippls through any of my shirts its like rather large and oval, ive had comments before that they are large and odd shaped.
hmm well if i pull the skin off my stomach if just feels like skin, if i do it where my nipples is, it feels different.. not so much a lump, but denser than fat.

yea i agree, ive limmited my drinking quite abit in recent months, ive brought myself down from 12 rum and cokes to 3-4 in a weekend.
but im going to get rid of it, im very addicted and everywhere i go people try to feed me alcohol.

i tottally agree with you,
im going to throw away the alcohol in my fridge... or atleast give it to a friend.
im going to start adding quite abit of HIT cardio to my training and get down to 8 or 9 % and then think of start a 10 week Test E or sust cycle.
so probably end of this year.

I don't see anything there......start doing some dips and up the cardio....you'll be fine.

haha i looked 12 because i shaved that day.
give me 2 days and i look about 20 something :P.
although i wouldnt mind being 12 and my size... would mean i could be a freak by 20.
hahaa funny that you said that.. i got asked for id to get into an MA15+ movie.. and my friend said to the lady "have you seen a 6ft 200lb 14 year old before?"

I have had gyno since I was 13. You don't have it, or if so it is very mild. Relax.

that's how my gyno behaves. It's not obviously gyno and the nipples usually look normal, but the lower pec doesn't have the natural curve and definition that it should. It's a bitch bc the lack of definition in the lower pec makes your bf look higher. Getting down to 10-11% will help big time tho.
Take your cut really slow and easy. Control it through your diet instead of pounding the cardio. My first cut cost me everything I gained bc i overdid the cardio and didnt just take it slow.
