    What do you think is right for me?

    Looking into doing my first cycle. Trying to figure out what exactly would be best for me. (planing ahead, while i educate my self more)

    Age 21
    Height 5'8
    Weight 141lbs
    BMI 4.8%

    first off i doubt you are 4.8% bf, not calling you a liar, just saying that's what that pros compete at, so how bout some pics, lol

    second, you need to learn to diet, i promise your diet sucks cause you are my height and i'm 50lbs heavier than you and at 9%bf

    post your diet first so we can help you get that down, it's by far the most important part of this

    Your diet is not on, and I doubt your training is either.

    With that said, you are also too young to do gear.

    cruse the site look at some other threads. get an idea about what your pct, and diet should be imo. it helped me so that you could post a more in depth thread

    You are right looked back and its my BMI that is 4.8.

    And my diet.....honestly it is wack. I eat random foods all day long. ham, grilled chicken, beef, steak, peanuts, eggs, cereal, cold cut sandwiches. Only drink milk and water. (NO SODA) Eat 1 powerbar protein plus everyday. Dont eat veggies (is this a problem?)

    k, sounds like you need some diet help, this means put the steroid idea on hold for a couple years, trust me, it'll be worth it and i can explain that if you like later....

    tomorrow i want you to write down EVERYTHING YOU EAT, AND HOW MUCH YOU EAT(meaning don't put "chicken", i want "6oz of chicken" or "a palmful of chicken, just give me an estimate if you have too)

    post that in the diet forum and we'll start working on your diet tomorrow, sound good to you?

    ya, your diet is holding you back big time. Steroids won't help much if you aren't eating healthy. You definately need vegetables for the nutrients. They help feed the metabolic process that allows you to grow.

    And at 141lbs and 5'8" a standard BMI calculator is 21.5. A 4.8 BMI would be death. Human skeleton would account for more than 4.1 on a BMI scale. BMI is not even close to the same thing as Bodyfat percentage.

    Also, a 4.8% bodyfat is not a healthy bodyfat to stay at. I would like to see the skinfold tests (i'm taking a guess here that you didn't pay to have them use a water displacement test) and see how they calculated it.

    definately adjust your diet before you think about anabolic steroids.
