    Whats wrong with me?

First thanks for everyone posting. I've already learned a great deal by reading the forum. My problem began a couple years ago. I went into a pretty bad depression. I worked a lot (I guess as a way to avoid my problems). I ate a lot of bad food. I never worked out or got any exercise.

My sex drive went down. I have limited morning wood now, and my erections are no where near where they should be. If I get them at all. I am 28 years old.

I had a moment of clarity when I became very sick. I got the flu, but had to go to work anyway. Most of the day I was miserable, but then I felt an incredible surge. I felt a 100% better. I felt strong. I felt confident. I could think straight. I had a raging libido that day. All of a sudden things made sense. I think my body was being stressed so much, that it released a surge of testosterone in order to cope.

With this knowledge I knew what my problem was. I needed to restore my T.
I've cleaned up my diet. I work out now. I feel a little better. But we cannot try to transform ourselves in a bubble. Other issues are impeding my attempts to fix myself naturally. Right now is very difficult for me to devote enough time to "fix" myself. So I have been having limited results. I think in order to get over my hump, I will need to supplement myself with hormones.

Right now I just want to understand what is wrong with me a little bit better. I will get tested and see a doctor when I can. But in the mean time please help me figure out what the main problem is. I know I have a problem because I am average in weight, but I am carrying a lot of fat in my belly and breast area. My arms and legs are trim, but I know my body shape reflects a hormonal imbalance. Does this mean that I have to little testosterone? Or does this mean that I have to much estrogen?

bro it could be many things. low test levels, bad thyroid, bad diet, very little excercise, diabetic. the only way to know is to go see a doc and get lab work done. but to be honest if you can not make enough time to work out and eat right then you dont need aas.

Nate, thanks for the reply. I am working out and eating much better. But I am not working out as much as I would like. Right now I am moving so it has been a little hectic for me. Once I get settled I want to get back on my work out regimen.

Bro, it doesn't mean anything except that you need to get your diet and cardio in check. I used to be overweight like you but I got serious about diet and exercise. In short, make a decision to get fit...get your diet and cardio in check (add a little test) and before long you'll be feeling like a God among men

From here, your prolly better off asking Perfect_Beast, he did a WOOOOOOW transformation. He could prollly relate to your concerns and could really guide you to success in your body building goals (bodu building here means building a better body externally as well as internally)

It could be a million things let us know how the test go. Also diet is understimated in determining how we feel day to day when actually its very important.

We are not doctors but we can help in some areas. but as we tell everyone first we need stats. age, height, weight, body fat index and your exercise history, Ive been through what you went through but I knew why my depression hit me. (divorce) but I fought through it with determination and dedication I worked out everyday for a year. I did not do any AAS until I got my body ready for it. two years later I done a cycle (not my first rodeo) again I felt on top of the world. then I had to do pct. I knew I would have this mini depression because of past cycles. This time was different. I still wasn't over my ex she was still ****ing with my head she wants me back she hates my guts. over and over and over. that particular time I went into a drinking and smoking frenzy for about three months. It was a living hell. I lost all my gains. My advise to you is dont do it until you get other things worked out. because after the cycle you will go through a mini depression. If you have other things going on you may do like me and fall off the wagon and let the depression take over. with out other factors involved it is all a Head game and you can work through the mini depression, and you just stay in the gym and stay on your diet and you can keep your gains.
