AAS and Cardio
I am about to do my third cycle:
Sus250@500mg/w 12 weeks
Clomid@200mg W1, 100mg/3 weeks
I will be going to the gym 6 days a weeks, But I will also be doing Cardio twice a day 4 days a week, Morning will be light run, then Gym followed by kickboxing at night. My goal is to gain quality lean muscle I dont care If I put on 1 kg or 20kg. Im not going for a mass or a cutting cycle but more of a bulk+cut so I stay lean whilst putting on a bit of muslce.
I have heard that this much cardio will slow down gains, but will it slow it down to nothing? Will it be pointless? Will I still get descent gains, My workouts are good diet is descent 300g protein a day,
23 years old
%7 body fat
160 pounds
5,7 170cm
Training on and off for the past 7 years havnt done a course in about 2 years

Your a little light to be starting a cycle. Anyway for what you want to achieve (i.e lean gains) then cardio plus DIET will determine how you gain so no your gains wont be slowed to nothing it just gives you a different direction than most people who are looking to bulk and bulk only.
