guys, i need some help on how often to work out
i'v got the how long thing down 1.5hrs now how many days while your on cycle, i was thinking two off a week, but my work out partner says if we are on might as well go 6 days cuz you recover faster on juice, what do you guys think, I dont realy work too much during the winter, its slow, so i sleep and eat all the time just want to here what you guys think thanx-BOB

What bob is tryin to say is ALL WE DO is eat sleep and train...i'm talking 12 hours of sleep if we need it...we know that 5 days a week is what should be done...but we are on Juice (which doesn't make a HUGE difference but def helps) and we sleep as long as we want...squeezing in that extra day would be nice...and i know its "better to under train than overtrain" but i'm never sore for more than a day and i do work out intensly...i just dont feel like i'm doing enough but i'm just gonna do 5 days a week any how

The way I gauge overtraining is I have to add weight or reps to each exercise every day I do it. If I can't make the increase, I back off sets or number of exercises. Sometimes you might even have to back off number of days. I got some small magnetic weights,so I can even add a pound at a time, if that is all the increase I can do. As long as you can increase, you are not overtraining.

Weds Legs and abs
Thurs Shoulders and traps
Fri Arms
Sat cardio and abs

My routine used to only be 5 days but since starting this cycle, I CAN'T take two days completly off. I just have too much energy. I had to throw in cardio on Sat

Training a bodypart more than once every 7-9 days is overtraining, IMO.

thanx Mastiff and every one els i think ill stick to the 5 days train then two off seems to work good for me.
