HI -new to forum and trying to gain as much knowledge as possibile.

to provide you w/some info about me
basicly a beginer to a/s except for a cyle about 5 years ago sust/deca

now i would like to achieve alot better physic and great definition
im 32
6'0
190lb
w/a little spare tire i wana get rid of!

i kinda got ahead of my self and purchased a 10ml/eq and 12 amps of sust 250 & clomid ,for a un-complete cycle . so now i would like to hear from some of the senior members on the best way to complete this for the gains im after. , and ive been looking around and have a couple ideas
on what i can do, but i would like advice from the more experianced(sp).

When you say 12 vials of Sus do you mean amps or 10ml vials?
I'm assuming you mean amps, but i'm just making sure.
You can either bulk or cut. You shouldn't try to do both. The reason why I say this is because most ppl can't do this effectively.
What is your main goal? So we're on the same page here....

Yes bulking during the winter is you best bet.
Now some ppl recomend that you should use alot of sus the first few weeks to get your blood levals up. This is because the short and long acting esters in the Sus. Personally I don't think that is really nessasary for a beginer. But some ppl will disagree.
How bout this cycle:
Weeks 1-4 D-bol 30mgs e/d
Weeks 1-10 Sus 500mgs a week (frontload @ 750mgs for the first two weeks)
Weeks 1-10 Eq 400mgs (front load @ 600mgs for the first 2 weeks)
Clomid
Or:
Weeks 1-10 Sus 500mgs a week (frontload @ 750mgs for the first two weeks)
Weeks 1-10 Eq 400mgs (front load @ 600mgs for the first 2 weeks
Weeks 9-13 Winny 50mgs e/d
Clomid 2 days after the last administration of winny.
