    Test-e and recovery

I currently train 5 days a week only on supps and dieting along with sleep.
Once I start my test-e cycle (500mg per week) will I still need to keep a week between training the same body parts?

And can I train certain body parts alot more? for example my lagging parts?

Also, how much cardio can you get away with without hindering your gains taking into account this will be a bulk cycle?

What's your previous experience with less than a week's rest? I do full body workouts four times a week and on androgenic cycles I do pretty much the same workouts but 6 days a week, spacing shit out more. Still full body workouts though.

Well it usually takes me 3-4 days for the DOMS to go away after any workout
but then i usually give it a few mroe days just in case it's still in recovery...

I can manage to do compounds like bench press or squats more than once a week but say if I where to do a full chest or leg workout i'd be maxed out for 4-5days...

    that's all without steroids though

I barely even get sore when I'm on cycle and what little soreness I do get is only the day after. And thats while lifting more weight than ever. I think you will find you recover MUCH faster...nitro

if your working out six days a week and every workout is the same, I would say wow. You leave yourself no rest time. How are your muscles going to recover and get stronger with no rest. I always thought that you wanted at least 48 hours in between. This is just my opinion tho, it may be wrong unless your going for cut.

I do keep it a week before working the same body part twice,
when I go 6 days i'm never working the same body parts twice, and one day is usually for the neglected body parts...

If you're not sore whilst on cycle does that mean you don't need the rest?

You always need rest and proper diet, but on cycle the recovery is much faster, at least for me. I have a completely different workout than you though, so I suppose results may vary.

I take no soreness as a sign of half-assed workouts personally. Dont notice a difference when on/off in this regard.

Was that directed to me? Perhaps I should have mentioned that I don't do typical bodybuilding workouts, I try to combine powerlifting and olympic weightlifting, so it's basically snatches, clean & jerks, squats (front, back), presses (bench, military, BTN) and core training (). 1-5 reps. Obviously it's not the same workout every time.
As for six days, that was on cycle, when I, like many, recuperate much much faster and more efficiently

I can understand why you would think that, but I can assure you thats not the case, I work out harder on cycle. I still get sore, just not nearly as sore as I do off cycle. Once I start Pct, I really notice the soreness starting to come back. Am I alone on that?

THAT MEANS YOU ARE AGAINST ME! hahah to each his own. I also think i work out much more intensely than off cycle, which may explain why i dont see the difference in soreness. I love you all.

Keep in mind that not only the muscles need to recover, it's critical to let the central nervous system recover as well. I allow the same recovery time whether on or off.

Can someone in really simple terms tell me what the central nervous system has to recover from?
    Depletion of neurotransmitters or something?
