1st CYCLE
Ok so here goes it.....
I'm just reading around getting everything ready for my first cycle, but a couple buddy's of mine had some input on what my cycle should consist of. I don't really know what to think of it its not what i think i should do so I am asking for help.
Stats: Age 21
Weight: 190
Training: 5 years non-stop
They guys said i should do Test E 500mg/2x weekly Monday/Thursday Night.
Thats sounds good but they say i should only do one bottle just like a 6 week cycle?
As far as PCT they said Tribulus and some other test boosters?
That doesn't sound good if I am doing this i wanna do it right!
How hard is it to get your hands on Arimidex or Nolvadex ?
Is there any other PCT I should consider besides these two?
Also should I take a AI while on my cycle even though its my first one and its a Test E only cycle?

Test E can take up to 7 weeks to kick... 6 weeks is a waste of time and money. Your friends know very little about esters. Also i assume your talking about taking 250mg 2xW not 500mgs 2xW am i correct??
They recommended test boosters as PCT huh? Now i see your friends are morons. Sorry, its the truth.
The only reason you would take an AI on cycle is if you are concerned about estrogen related sides.

You need to do some research of your own before you proceed with this propsed cycle bro.

Is there any way to know if estrogen will give you problems on a cycle or is it trial and error?

500mg twice weekly? Half that dose would suffice, it sure does for me and I'm at the same weight as you, probably a few inches shorter even.
6 weeks with enanthate works just fine, but a lot of people seem to be unable to cycle properly from the start and need several weeks to get their training and diet under control to get some decent results. 10 weeks is a good cycle length for enanthate for a beginner.
