    High Cholesterol

    Hi there. A friend of mine asked me what he could use (A S) with an elevated Cholesterol level. Could he use anything at all? Did a search but did not get a conclusive answer.

    He should get his cholesterol down first, cos AAS affect cholesterol and him having a that issue b/4 hand can spell trouble for him. Before using anything get that down.

    Your freind needs to have a FBC, this will give an LDL and HDL reading, more importantly it will also give the serum levels of triglycerides.

    supplementing with Lecithin can halep lower cholesterol

    Agreed, I don't supplement, i just don't waste the egg yolks, these are the major source of lecithin in our diets, egg yolks are good for you, so don't chuck them, eat them.
