god yes there is something wrong.

1. winstrol needs to be taken ed not eod.
2 why not inject it or get oral instead of drinking it? you're wasting the juice.
3. testosterone is the base of every cycle, you're shutting down your hpta and not replacing the test. this can result in erection problems, mood issues, and crappy recovery.

4. speaking of recovery, what is your planned pct? for the love of god you need a pct.

my suggestion is to stop this cycle since your friend has no idea what hes talking about. winstrol is not a diet pill. diet and training dictate fat loss.

get some test, make sure your diet is good and get some nolva/aromasin for pct.

Ok. 21 about 189lbs i just started my cycle today i took one cc orally but its the injectable i guess he also gave me one needle. Diet well i drink my plamacore shake when i get up 8:30 work out till about 11 eat chicken,veggies,brown rice like at 12 then at 2 i eat another meal either tuna or salads then eat chiken brown rice and veggies about 5:30 8:30pm some fruits and water before i go to sleep..ive been working out for about 6 months i mean i went from 220 to where im at right now in less than a year. But i was also taking hydroxycut. Well i want to learn guys i got to go but ill be back shortly to hear all your comments. Thnx guys for the critique.

Your diet is not very good at alll......You said you dink your plasmacore shake at 830, and then work out till 11.........so that shake is the only thing you have had since you woke up......NO GOOD

Your diet needs a lot of work.....Check out the die forum for help and tips.....You should be eating at least 6-9 meals a day, spaced throughout the day...

Im 5`8 and i used to eat oatmeal before the gym but it said its recommended to take it on an empty stomach so thats what i did. Ill get back at you on my bf% im going to the gym right now to do some shoulders and biceps.
