Tren/Win
What about a cyc. of tren and win? 1cc EOD of Tren and 1 50mg Win Tab ED or EOD. Was going to do just a cyc. of tren but got the win, too. Didn't know if I should save for next year or go ahead and stack. Not really trying to cut down but don't want to get out of control either. Got some available stuff called SUS500 available anywhere and know people to get great results from it. What if that was used with the above mentioned? I ordered it but don't know if I should save it for later or stack it.
Seems like some great stuff- great reviews and seen the results. THANKS

Tren alone = Limp noodle...
F.Y.I. Ace is best pinned ED, not EOD, if you cant handle ED injections, switch to E.

Well, War has this intial meet and greet pretty well wrapped up, cannot really do anything till we get some stats....

if you donr put test in that cycle your dik will not work for months guaronteed

Here are my stats:
31
6'2
215lbs
10%bmi
training for 5 years
My diet is lean with lots of protein (typically over 350g a day).
I eat it seems like all day long- but typically 5-7 times a day.
I train 5 days a week typically
Chest/abs
Shoulders/Traps
Legs/ calves/abs
Arms
Back.....i do change it up and bit- like bis with chest or a calves/traps/forearms day. I do about 20mins of cardio or less a day.
I drink 3-4 ON 100%Whey Protein Shakes daily
BCAAs
Waxy Maize
when I get thicker I take Hydroxycut Hardcore
This is my second cycle
My first I ran 250mg Test EOD
Plus winny ED
That was about 14 weeks ago when it ended. I've lost a little
weight, but not much. My strength hasn't declined much either. I
did PCT tabs during the last 4 weeks of my cycle and just ended it a couple weeks ago. I gained a little over 25lbs on the first cycle but probably dropped down 10 now. A little acne appeared a couple weeks ago but not much. My hair hasn't shown any signs of thinning, either.
I can't get my hands on Test now- only ace and win but I was researching the SUS500 by Genetic Edge Technologies (anyone ever use/hear of this?) and it looks like it is just a couple molecules away from an oral Test (this is where I'm lost). I thought if I bought that (which I did) and stacked with what I have that it would be
better than nothing at all.
My goal is to get to about 235-245 at the bmi I am now as a shorter term goal. My ulitimate goal would be to end up at about 250 lean- less than 8%bmi. My height makes it hard for me to appear muscular unless I add a lot of it on. I've always been a hardgainer.

BMI stands for body mass index...
I want your Body Fat %.
You seem to be good sized... Gaining 40lbs is not gonna happen off of one cycle bro... You might get to 225-230, but idk how good your training is and your diet seems a lil suspect due to the amount of shakes you take...
I stand by what i said before, you need Test before doing this proposed cycle...

I meant body fat- I was 10.7% on the last caliper test- less on the hand held deal at the gym. I don't expect to reach my goals for another couple years. I'm taking my time on this and want to do it best way I can. So I know that I'll have to do some more cycles after this.
Looking at my diet closer- typically I wake up and drink a protein shake
eat about 4 boiled egg whites and a bowl of oatmeal.
After workout I drink another protein shake eat about 1.5cups of cottage cheese w/ some fruit, eat one slice wheat bread w/ peanut butter.
When I get to work about 10am I eat 1 can of tuna or chicken and a banana.
I go to lunch and eat either grilled chicken or fish-or lean beef- I always order double serving of meat- it gets expensive!..always have green vegetables and a salad w/ no or low fat dressing.
Around 3-4 I will eat about 3-4 thick cut deli meat chicken or turkey and a apple and a protein shake.
When I get home It's usually a repeat of lunch with maybe more meat and same veggies but no more bread carbs or sugars if I can help it.
Couple hours After dinner I'll eat a little more cottage cheese and a tbs of peanut butter and before bed drink another protein shake.
Sometimes I may not have so many protein shakes if I figure I've had enough protein in the day.Last edited by cadysrme; 10-01-2008 at 04:36 PM.

The caliper is only correct, if the person using it is accurate and knows what they are doing.....
ALso, the number of sites you use to determine your BF%, can have a big effect on it as well.....I prefer a 9 site test, if i have to use calipers......

This diet is better than most of the guys who post theirs...
Still, it needs work...
Do you have macros? From my guesstimate, i think youre getting roughly 3000cals and 150G's of protein from food.
Which is a good start, and enough to maintain, but you should be getting around 4000cals and 300G's of protein...
If you like, you can post this up in the diet section, and have people break it down and build it up to properly suit you.

I think I'm getting more protein than 150g a day. I double the serving on all the protein shakes and each serving is 23g so 46g in ea/ shake. I would eat more but I do get tired of eating! I feel like I'm going to turn into a Turkey coated in Cottage Cheese! What's Macros?? And what you all think of that SUS500? I wouldn't mind a pro to look at it if they wouldn't mind and see if I'll be OK if I can't get my hands on Test.

I said 150G's of protein from food...
Shakes are crap, protein from shakes and protein from food are not the same...
Macros are macronutrients... What the caloric breakup of what your meals are...

^^^^^^totally agree......
If you want any easy way to get your protein up, look into pastuerized egg whites......I dirink 6cups or 48oz ed....this adds another 150g of protein through food(that i can drink) with no fat or carbs......

jstraw- what kind of egg whites you buy and how much you paying? Found 4 64oz jars of eggology for $86- does that sound about right?

i buy Heidis Egg whites.......They are pastuerized......They come in a 16oz carton with a screwable top....I believe 1 carton(16 oz) is $1.90........I get them at walmart...
That is about the cheapest i have found egg whites for......
There is also a website that sells it by the gallon, but my way is still cheaper....

tren =limp noodle is not necessarily correct in everyone............
i know plenty of bros that use tren alone and their sex drive goes through the roof,
having said that personally i wouldnt run it without at least a maintenance dose..................._____________________
