    Winny

    I have heard from a couple of athletes at my school that a cycle of winny will give you moderate gains that arent too hard to keep up along with making you, as one of my more eccentric friends put it, "shredded wheat". Im just looking for something to give me more gains that what I am achieving now without getting huge. Any help?

    Oh yeah Ive been reading through and I already forgot.

    Age: 24

    Height: 6'4"

    Weight: 230

    Body Fat: Not terribly high it has gone down in the past 4 months

    I started lifting my sophomore year of high school but now I only do explosive workouts not much heavy weight. Mostly sprints, med balls, cardio, throwing.

    how high is not terribly high? either get it measured or post a pic so we can estimate it.

    ya I think u have to lift weight just natural, I had done that to death, even with sup, but u get to a point where u can not gain anymore, that when the juice come in.

    Like I said I lift just not heavy weights. Im not looking for more muscle just working my fast twitch muscles. If you need to know I need some mph on my fastball. Haha. but Id said my body fat is around.......13? its not very good. I need to switch up my diet. I was thinking change diet and in about a month start up winny. Every week I squat, leg press, calf raise and do core exercises every other day. 3 sets of ten weight varies. Sometimes progressive sometimes not. Other than that just tubing exercises for my shoulders and I have a ball from the sharper image for wrist/forearm stabilization. Should I be lifting more? Bench press is terrible for pitchers so I was thinking maybe starting to do shoulders and back.

    for pitching....strong legs are essential....I would do heavy lunges....and moderatly heavy squats with a slow movement into the hole and an explosive blast upwards

    winny is a poor choice....dry joints wont do you well pitching

    I would run Prop/NPP/Var in your situation

    Well I dont know anything about body fat percentages if that makes my picture THAT much more intriguing. Without getting big what would I cycle it with?

    To be honest I see no reason here for you to cycle anything. Your primary goal is to throw a ball faster?

    Ok well since you are so apt to talking down to me. I want an overall larger base of strength. With this I will be able to use my body in a more effective way to pitch. Winny affects fast twitch muscles which in turn makes you throw a baseball faster. So is there anything I could take with winny in order to make this happen? I know someone who used dbol with it but just got huge and it didnt help him much.

    too many compounds for a newb and all that pinning= nope i would say thats bad advise.

    give just the anavar a go for now.

    if dead set on a cycle I would say var or tbol.

    All are good for endurance athlethes and wont cause much more than cuts and slight size increase without bloating...maybe throw some clen in there too....wearing a baggy jearsy no one will know anything

    ed injects are nothing for me...but you are right...he would have to be able to tolerate everyday pinning....forgot about that

    wouldn't call it 'bad' advice...just maybe not for him

    It WOULD maximize everything he is shooting for

    so maybe just prop(eod) and var

    im currently on 50prop/50mast/25ace and i alternate 1cc ed delt/delt/glut/glut

    not sore at all

    maybe 375mgs test e per week for 10 weeks in one shot along with var for 6-8 weeks.

    just a thought and only x1 injection a week

    but seriously....if you can get over ed injections...its likely the concentration will be 100mg/ml so 1/2 cc/day is all you'd have to inject and anavar is oral----

    or if you made it just 2 weeks the cost would be no where near the benefits....you will be very happy with your results

    ed = every day injections bud.

    because test prop is a short ester (fast acting) you have to inject it every day to keep blood plasma levals stable (less sides the more stable)and keep the test in you system

    now test e is a long acting ester meaning it is released alot slower into the system ,meaning only x1 -x2 shots per week

    with 1/2 cc you could us a 25gauge 1inch pin.....(draw it up with a bigger needle)

    It would inject slow but i doubt you'd feel it....you will be real sore for the 1st 2 weeks but nothing too bad......

    dont inject in your throwing arm or your quads

    we dont get tested until conference tournament. I was just thinking one cycle to give me that extra...umph? and then continue my workout KNOWING i will lose some but still be at the top of my game compared to before
