    Need help with diet

    Im currently not on any gear getting ready to start a cyc in the next couple months. I have a very twisted schedule and was wanting some help on planning my diet. I manage/bartend a bar. Mon Thurs and Fri i am closing the bar and not usually getting to sleep any earlier than 330 or so. And also work all day long about 6 days a week. Therefore i dont get up at the ass crack of dawn on nights i close. I still usually make it up by 10 or so. Im 5'9 175lbs and am trying to get my diet down but its tough with all the chaos in my schedule. Im looking to bulk but i really would like to do some cuttting too. (mainly get rid of my beer belly) Really would appreciate some help with my diet

    What does your diet look like now. possibly look into the diet section as this is the Steroid Q+A and look at the lean bulk diet so you can burn fat and build muscle. Its possible to do if you perfect your planning trust me, even if that means sneaking to the restroom to chow down some food. I use to do this at the restaurant I worked at

    If you have a beer belly and are trying to gain some muscle at your stats I would hold off for a while on the cycle.

    not really a beer belly jj about that more just 5-10 lbs of fat id like to cut in addition to getting big

    I bartend at a club, and dont get home till about 6am....... have found many ways to still eat, or get the amount of nutrients needed to gain....

    Look into pastuerized egg whites......I drink 48oz a day, and that adds another 150g of protein 0fat and 0 carbs.....I also eat oatmeal, but i make it watery enough where i can drink it in a glass behind the bar.....I also carry a small cooler with about 3 meals in it, incase i get stuck later than i thought, or if i go home with someone, i stil have my healthy meals right there........
