My left pec is slightly bigger could this be gyno?
My left pec isn't sore but its bigg and puffy compared to the right could this be a sign of gyno?

If you have developed gyno you will have a lump behind your nipple. It will be fairly hard, and it will be tender to touch.
Progesterone gyno will be enlargement of your nipple area, the actual aereola, not a lump under it.

my right pec has always been about 20% smaller then the left, no matter what I do. The weird thing is thats it's also about 20% stronger too. I have scoliosis and it throws my whole body off, so i get this incongruency in a lot of areas.
Maybe get your back checked bc i have a friend with the same prob.

a bump, and pain, or clearly and OBVIOUSLY huger breasts (not pecs) are a CLEAR sign of gyno.
minor % difference is no issue!
