    a cure 4 sust flu

    ok i got sust flu yesterday and tought shit no gym today but i found a cure when you get the chills take your laptop out to your hot tub so you can read on a-r set in it with the temp up to 101 degrees set in it for about 30 min get out eat about a halft dozen eggs take 4 aleave and sleep wake up take 4 aleave hit the gym you'll feel great i hate being down try it
