Surgery is for gyno, just because you have puffy nips don't me to say it's gyno. As for helios, who really knows, i know it's supposedly reduces stubborn ares of adipose tissue, but it's not something i would recommend.

I know you don't,, just that you said helios has got to be better than having surgery!!!!!! no correlation mate..
Wouldn't it be safer and easier to change your diet and hit some cardio, after all it's only adipose tissue, it's not like we are talking stubborn visceral fat.

ive had puffy nipples since school and i was 8% bf so dont think diet or cardio is going to work for me. first i will try and build the upper chest as much as poss if still puffy will need to try and get hold of this helios.
