go online and get vet grade b12 theres no difference thats what I take and you can get 100ml for around 14 bucks.

I also get vet grade 250 mls for 12$.Its the b-complex plus 1000mcg.Also b1 12.5mg.-niacinamide12.5-b6 5mg-b2 2mg.

Yes i think it is best to shake and mix some.If not when your pushing the plunger it will go slow and then all of a sudden it will haul ass.

Are you supposed to cycle B12 because i have been running it for 8 months at 1000mcg eod. its like mothers milk helps me eat and helps my fitness. By the way i went to the vet for mine, i made up some story that i had to get it for a friend who trainined race horses... worked 100ml 1000mcg/ml $8 aus

it prob dont work as well but i ran out of my liquid and decided (because of $) to go with orals now. i dont know if they are any worse yet i havent noticed.

yeah personally b-complex is not that good imo, your better of with just b12 which is usally 1000mcg/ml 10mcg is like nothing mate.

I bought this because someone on another site said theirs was 1000mcg/ml, but when my bottle came it was 10mcg/ml.

Guess I'll try this first, I have 100mL.

b12 works well for me with hunger to make me eat like a horse .. thats if i dont have eq in my cycle .. that works best
