Night sweats and Test E
Hey guys i'm on my 4th week of a 10 week test e 250mg/ 2x weekly shots so it equals up 500mg a week.
I recently woke up five or six times in a cold sweat and had to change sleeping spots and clothes. I haven't seen any fever but i haven't checked very frequently.
I use sterile needles and alcohols pads....the works. I use a 22 gauge 1 1/2 inch needle.
I have read up on threads about soreness and they said my lumps in my ass could be due to virgin muscle they hurt really bad the first couple shots but since then the can be mild or slightly severe.
They form overnight and last about 4-6 days then they go away just in time for my next injection. It is hot around the area and def. swollen i tried hot compresses and hot baths the first two weeks it scared me so i started a clindomicen (spelling) cycle i took 300mg 3 times daily and it didn't do all that much for the swelling i just want to know what should i do in this situation.
Also i've thought about thigh injection but my legs aren't huge and i'm scared a 1 1/2 inch needle with hit the bone or something lol. Plus i don't know if i can take the pain in my thigh that i have delt with in my ass.

i can't comment on the night sweats, but i have recently started my first test e cycle doing the same as you 250mg twice a week. i had a very mild ache after the first shot, but now i don;t even feel it. might be that you have dodgy gear?

I pretty sure my gear is good.
No i stick to water yea every once in a while i slip up and drink a soda but thats very rare.
I do have 2 scoops of n.o. xplode before my workouts about 6:30, but i don't see where this could cause this?

The night sweats are a common side effect of fluctuating hormone levels. Women going through menopause get them. If it's too intense you might want to consider lowering the dosage. I personally think 500mg is a little more than necessary for most people, but it's commonly recommended here.
The knots & soreness from the injections are probably not infection, just the body's natural healing response. Supposedly gear with high benzyl alcohol percentage is more irritating when injected.
Quad injections are a love-em-or-hate-em thing. Some people only inject their quads, and some people get so sore they can't walk.
