Really bad lower back pain and pee is very brown/orange color.

sometimes i feel real tired and i have the need to take naps that im usually not use to take ... of course i train much harder but someone told me that beeing too tired could have some to do with KIDNEY

You may just need to get more sleep or take a week or two of lighter weights or fewer sets or both to unload your CNS b/c that can take its toll as well.

Max is spot on. I know what the person was referring to though. Anemia is a commonly occurs in those with kidney failure. You will most likely know if you have kidney failure (lol). I would see a doctor, you have plenty of potential causes and solutions.

@big79 yeah, your cns can take a real beating when you are training hard. it takes longer to recover than your muscles.it could be a sign of overtraining rather than kidney problems.
you could decrease the volume a little or decrease intensity for a while and see if that makes you feel any better.
