    Question WHICH is better....

    Sustanon 250 shots on Monday/Thursday
    Deca 400mg on Monday

    OR

    Sustanon 250 shots on Monday/Thursday
    Deca 200mg on Monday/Thursday

    Actually, SUST would be better shot every day, or atleast every other day. You can read all about the "amatuer" study Basskiller did about it on his site.

    id take your 1cc sust + 1cc deca at the same time on monday then i would take the sust + deca on thurs. mix them together cuts down the amount of shots you need to take. prop is in sust and thats short acting so i take three sust a week and two decas. if you do try that do the sust/deca on mon then 1cc sust on wen and then another sust/deca on friday. thats what i'm doing know.seems to work good. good luck.     This is my first cycle, don't want to over-do it with the Test. That's why I'm keeping it at 2cc's max with the Sust. Plus, EOD is quite pricey! It'll end up being run 1g of Test one week and 750mg another? Yikes. Add in the deca 400mg/week and 4 weeks on frontload of D-Bol @ 30mg ED? That's a little TOO much for me bro's...
    BUT
    Any opinions on using EOD injections of sust for a first cycle???

    Doing sus/deca mon/thurs like you have it is fine. I personally dont like sus unless you do it ed and its too expensive, i'd rather be using cyp or enan.

    Every other day is much better for sust. Nobody said you had to do 1cc every shot. You could do .5cc or .75cc per shot every other day. That equals to approx: 3.5 x .5 = 1.75cc per week or 3.5 x .75 = 2.6cc per week, so really your doing approx. 438mg or 650mg per week, not 1g.

    Just food for thought.
