dosing on t3 and liquid clen

I've got a bottle of liquid t3. 60ml- 200mcg/ml. How do i calculate how much to take of the t3? How much do i take? Im gonna run it with liquid clen . I weigh 240lbs 20% BF. 5'11. been training for 10 years..

you have 200 mcg in one ml, so start divideing break into parts .5 ml would be approx 100 mcg half of that would be 50 mcg and so on.

You could have easily corrected him by saying I want to know how to calculate. Its easier to understand sometimes .

i stand by my first post no matter what you are asking. something a simple search could have very easily answered. spoon feeding is for babies. clen and t3 are not. a poor attitude is not going to get you very far. leaving the dickhead out might have saved you a little effort since your so opposed to doing any work.
