I am 23 years old 170 pounds at 5'9 not sure my bf% but i have abs ive been working out for around 5 years just a year or so ago i got my diet in check foreal and gained around 10 pounds of lean mass. Now my question to you is am i intaking too much protein for my body weight i also drink cyto gainer 3 times daily once in the morning once after workout and one at night this adds an additional 150 grams of protein and around 1500 more cals and i forget how many carbs so thats a grand total of 435 grams of protein and 6840 cals this to me seems like too much cals and protein for me even on the juice. (correct me if im wrong) but if im right what should i do? take out the protein shakes completely? only drink one after workout? or maybe skip a meal? help me out on this im kind of a noob to nutrition.. any help would be appreciated. sorry for the bad grammer and extra long post. and also if you see any tweaks i could do to my diet fitness plan or pct let me know im open to any advice Thanks guys!

First off, shakes are a crutch at best...
Secondly, that amount of protein is fine.
But im gonna call those macros into question.
First meal, 7 am:
8 oz. oatmeal
0.6 1 skim milk,
0.2 1 orange juice
3 oz. grapes
pro:47 ch:219 F:20 C:1270
Second meal, 10.30 am:
10 oz, whole wheat bread
4 oz. cheese, 12%
0.51 kefir milk
1 banana
Pro:61 ch:180 F:20 C:1150
Third meal, 2.00 pm:
8 oz. brown rice
10 oz. turkey
5 oz. vegetables
Pro:93 ch:177 F:11 C:1180
These in particular... There is no way that these are correct.

Medical research shows that consuming too much protein, (more than 30% of your total daily caloric intake) could actually harm your body. Adding more protein but not more calories or exercise to your diet won't help you build more muscle mass, but it may put your other bodily systems under stress.
Eating more protein and increasing total caloric intake while maintaining the same exercise level will build an equal amount of additional fat and muscle mass.
But intaking more water will help to offset to much protein.

Your calculations are ridiculous. That diet has 3000 cals not over 5000

maybe I`m wrong..... I guess 8 oz of oatmeal is alot. I guess if all the servings are big it may be possible.

I don't know much about oz portions. I know one cup of oats is around 60g of carbs raw.
