Running halo need some advice
Have some ?'s i already searched for it and i have a good amount of info on it but i want to confirm/ask your opinions
1. I can run Halo alone for 4 weeks and expect solid and enormous strength gains, correct? Someone stated 100lbs on your bench in 3-4 weeks of its use is not uncommon and quite possible when lifting heavy and eating like a bulking cycle, is this true?
2. Do I need a regular PCT, ive read no because it hardly effects HPTA. The only thing you need is stuff for your liver like liv. 52 and milk thistle
3. How much of this strength will i keep? i dont want anadrol like effects, gain and loose ALL. I heard you wont loose too much which is a plus but i wanted to confirm.
Thanks guys for lookin' out. Sorry if i seem wierd on here lately, but a recent death of a friend at school (college) in a longboarding accident really ****ed people up today. Sad shit
