Im ready to get started and need they A-OK.......

Im 33 6'4" 230lb 19% bf and looking for average muscle gain. Been in gym 5 yrs and done 12wks of test e. Next cycle is : Test E wk 1-12 500mg wk
Tren A wk 1-8 75 mg a day

I have oral winny and drol and IGF LR3 if any of that I can throw in for more gains?

I have Dos, Clomid, Nolva, Aromasin for 4 wks of pct and thinkin of hcg for wks 3-8 at 250iu 2xs a week?

Any Suggestions?

Your BF% is too high to begin a cycle. The higher your BF% is the more likely you will get estrogen related side effects.

But thats a decent cycle.


If you are insisting on using Tren , you should either use Tren E/Test E or Tren A/Test Prop.

If you are going to be pinning ED, you might as well use Prop. IMO, its the best.

Everyone has different opinons about HCG use, mine is to use it two weeks before PCT, and two weeks into PCT @ 500IU's 2xW.

Here whats i would do.

Test Prop - 75mgs ED for WKs 1-12
Tren Ace - 50-75mgs ED for WKs 1-10

HCG - 500IU's 2xW WKs 11-14

PCT
Nolva - 20/20/20/20
Aromasin - 25/25/25/25
Clomid - 25/25/25/25 (Clomid is optional if you use Aromasin.)

Test prop is a better option with tren ace cause you will get more bang for your buck having the short esters kicking in right away and injection frequency will be the same but there is nothing wrong with using a long ester test with other short ester compounds. people think you can have libido issues with long esthered test and short esther nors but that is not the case. Just because the test hasn't fully kicked in yet doesn't mean its not active in the body it will still help with libido problems.

I second that so long as he gets ethyl oleate based prop. I wouldnt wish regular prop upon anyone.
