    who takes creatine with var??????

    who takes creatine with var how much creatine ed do you take....

    i will be using creatin hcl cree 3 capsules = 1200mg...... how much at 60mg var ed.....

    as far as i am aware creatine blows you up with water why would you want to take var with it?

    thats not all creatine is good for....

    Oxandrolone can significantly stimulate phosphocreatine in muscle cells in turn improving ATP production and regeneration.

    1.2g is a little low. i'd go atleast 3 or so

    Kre-alkyn works well with Var....I'd say 2 caps in the am with breakfast.....2 caps with pre workout meal.

    creatine hcl Ethyl Ester Hydrochloride will not bloat you up no water ect if diet is right....
