    Would like to hear your thoughts....

    first stats:

    age-24
    height-5'11
    weight-190
    BF-10%
    Diet-Ultra-Clean with my Cals being at Maintenance for now.
    cycle exp- none, this would be my first
    Goals of cycle- Put on 15-20 lbs lean muscle and drop approx 3% BF

    ok I am looking to start my first cycle in the next month or two and doing alot of the grunt work in prep for it. I'd like to hear your thoughts on some questions i had.

    First, what kinda cycle would help me accomplish my goals. I was thinking something along these lines:

    12 wks- Test P 100 mgs/ED
    last 6 wks- Winny 50 mg/ED
    PCT-Tamoxifen Citrate 40 mg/ED for 3 weeks
    Clomid- 20mg/ED for 3 weeks
    Will have Letro on hand

    I would have added Tren in there but with it being my first cycle, I didn't want to go too crazy starting out. Also for PCT would HCG be an absolute requirement or would my current PCT do the trick? would like your critiques/additions/subtractions to this cycle.

    Finally is diet. What range should my Cals(along with macros %) fall into for my goal. I.E 1000 cals above maintenance,1500 above? etc.

    I've gotten some excellent advice a while ago from i think war1bt maybe? I was 210 with 15% bf and was able to take his advice to shed some BF and i really thank him for that.

    cycle looks fine..
    hcg isnt necessary but wont hurt either.

    Id go a little more simple

    500mg/wk test e or c for 10/12 weeks and drop the winny
    and change your clomid therapy.
    Dont worry once that test gets in your system youll love it. You should prob get the results your lookin for if you are determined.

    I have to agree, your cycle looks great for a first one. Maybe think about upping the winny to 75-100mg ed. Prop is my favorite test, so great pick there. I'm also gyno prone, so I add an ai during and pct. Something like arimidex or aromasin . For the diet, you will have to play with it and find out what your body works best at, calorie wise. I usually add an extra meal per day, so 500 calories works for me.

    makre sure to up your cals when trying to get 15-20 LEAN lbs, keep the extra cals clean too. ide stick with test e or cyp 500mg weekly for a first cycle, save the prop and winny for cutting up later. you should gain a ton just of the test

    ok appreciate the thoughts so far. got some that liked the choice of Prop and other would prefer E. would somebody elaborate on why? and if i switched to 500mg of E/wk would i still keep the winny for the last 4-6 weeks or would the E just by istelf help me to achieve my goal?

    Depends on how well you tolerate injections, they are both test, just different esthers.

    Prop = pinning ED

    Enanthate = pinning 2xW


    Edit: Most start with Test E and maybe something like anavar and have GREAT results, provided everything else is in check. Thats what I did, can't beat it in my book...nitro
