Just to put the record straight.
An international unit (IU) to us lot, is a measure of potency, it is not a measure of a drugs mass or weight, therefore there can really be no conversion.

Your right there is no direct measure of mass for hCG since it is extracted out of piss. But there is for recombinate hCG, but as far as I can tell there is no IU for it yet.

An IU can have an expression of mass in either in a CU or SI, its just whether someone actually set down and worked it all out.
