First cycle..

Hey.. Am considering doing my first cylce soon, and Have a few quick questions.

First off I am planning on running
1-10 Test Enth. 500 mg's/week
1-10 EQ 400mg's/week

Now, I am still debating on whether or not to add d-bol for 30 mgs the first 4 weeks, or winny the last 4 weeks.

I will have nolva on hand and for post cycle therapy , I will also use hcg , four shots.
What do you all think? Would adding winny or d-bol be excessive for the first cycle?

no, sounds like a typical bread and butter cycle. just make sure you have proper ancillaries like milk thistle, and ALA and stuff for your liver.
i like how you are using nolva instead of clomid post cycle.

You can do both, Dbol first 4 weeks, and Winny last 4. You will like the results.

You could go 11 weeks with the Test. I'd go with the Eq-test cycle, you can add the winny on your next cycle, I don't care for d-bol.

i think this would be too much for a first cycle.

i agree with johnny b, run the test for 11, so they both taper out at the same time.
hitmeoff is also correct, you can run both, but for this one i would pick one or the other.
dbol 1-4 30-40mg ed
or......
winny 8-12 50mg ed
