    Arrow Pictures of what gyno looks like

    Understanding what Gyno is and how it affect some is known.
    Is there anywhere i can look to see what actually happens. I have been doing TRT for a while. 10 months and I take .25 of Arimidex 2 times per week. I am lifting heavy and am strong but I cant seem to round off my chest areas like most do I have the normal man tits but caqnt seem to flatten them out. I want to make sure I am not mistakening my chest naturally to people getting Gyno and what it can look like.

    I have No Lumps or irratation
    41 yrs old
    235 lbs

    any assistance is appreciated for my knowledge.

    Also is there a good excersize to flatten out and round my chest.?

    here arrs old my stats if it helps any

    41 yrs old
    5" 10" height
    235 lbs
    my home scale has a BF thing on it and it ranges from 41%- 49% but i dont know how accurate it can measure

    decline bench...low weight high reps always helps me out to round off the bottom of my chest.....i would suggest trying letro but if there is no symptoms its kind of pointless..

    bf in the 40s would be pretty awful. i have a hard time believing thats accurate. at your age its probably hard to build muscle, even with trt, but you just gotta stay at it and hit up other exercises.

    yeah there always pretty wrong. its porb just extra fat, im sure if you cut down a bit your chest will fill out and round up, try hitting it from diffenent angles, i also belive dumbells round your chest more aswell imo.

    just keep to it brother

    agree .. to be honest i rarely flat bench.. think its more of an ego thing.. cant really explain it.. just think there are better ways to hit the chest then bench.

    I think it has more to do with movement itself than how much it works chest. Its a power movement like squats. Squats work a lot more than the quads. Same thing with barbell bench. Heavy power movements are a way to increase test levels naturally supposedly.
