Need some advice. Hows this for a first time cycle?

to be honest, i only wanna do 1 cycle, i dont wanna be on the stuff for too many weeks so im thinking of just 4, and im looking to gain roughly a stone.

for 4 weeks im thinking of running:-

Sus @250mg + Deca @ 100mg
2 weeks after last shot run PCT.
PCT:- Nolva - 40/20/20/20.
PCT:- Clomid - 100/50/50/50

-or should i just only run the Sus and no Deca?
if i ran only Sus would i still need the same PCT?

-also, will these cause male-pattern baldness if i run them at low mg for just one month? ive already got a receding hairline so im a bit skeptikal.

i read that Deca isnt too bad in low dosages but i dont know about the Sus.

if you know even a little bit about what im asking, just post it! im brand new to all this so all information is welcome :)

First off bro, welcome to AR.

Secondly, lets get some stats from you.

age
height
weight
bf%
diet summary/# meals per day
years lifting / workout split
cycle experience
pct/estrogen control knowledge
goals (size/cut/strength/speed etc...)

It seems you havent researched at all. You should know that 4 weeks for anything isnt gonna do a thing for you. You also need to learn about PCT before you begin a cycle. You also should read up on estrogen control while on cycle.

MPB is accelerated when using AAS. It doesnt cause it, but if you already have it, its gonna make it happen quicker.

All in all, it seems you dont know what youre doing. Which is no big deal, new members seldon do.

Try getting your training and diet down before doing a cycle. As those two are the most important aspects of gaining.

4 weeks of deca and sustanon is uselss some of the esters in the sus dont even peak for4-6 weeks same with the deca. Terrible cycle.

in all seriousness thats not a good cycle at all.. spend some time around the boards and learn all you can.. no need to rush in.. bunch of good guys here willing to help if your willing to help yourself.. not gonna spoon feed ya.. but if your making an effort so will we..

age: 20
height: 5"11
weight: 11.5 stone
bf% never had it tested, im guessing its low.
diet summary/# meals per day: porridge, protein shakes, jacket potatoe, chicken, tuna, salmon, fruit and veg.
years lifting / workout split: 8months / one bodypart per day, (chest Monday)
cycle experience: ziltch
pct/estrogen control knowledge: pct help bring hormonal levels back to normal balance.
goals (size/cut/strength/speed etc...) Size and Strength

i have been doing quite a bit of research lately, ive reading up a lot of artciles, reviews and been on another forum.

i know about some of the stuff individually, but i dont know how to put it all together, really need help with that.

im looking to start my first cycle after xmas so theres enough time between to get some good knowledge.

what steroid or type of hormone would you reccomend to a beginner? whats pretty effective but has less chance of balding you?

also, does anyone know if 17-HD is any good?

You are too young and havent been training long enough. You should easily beable to gain naturally without AAS at this point in time.

Your problem is most likely a diet issue...
