I hate water bloat

God i retain more water then anyone i think, last cycle i did , i ran liquidex at .25 mg a day.... i got swoll, but so did my face... and i dont like that as i model some.... any ideas maybe upping the doseage of liquidex?

Well it doesnt really matter what he's running as he needs to up the a-dex until the bloat goes down and then drop the dosage for matainence ie. 1mg/day until bloat subsides then .5mg for maintain. .25mg barely gives results to the majority of people and different people react differently to a-dex.

i was runnin brovel test 200 @ 400 mg a week and brovel decca @400 mgs a week. liquidex at .25 every day. I know its not much but it was my first cycle, which makes it even more annoying that it made me bloat, cuase im not a fat guy by any means.

Suggetions....
Drink 1-2 gal. water every day.
Try running nolva. 10-20mg ED.
Try Pirviron 50mg ED
L-dex .5 ED

hehe i like a little bloat with my cycles.
