whatsup. just startin to plan out a cycle for spring time. gonna stick to my diet and hard work and gain as much as i can for the next 4-5 months before i cycle. how does this look for a first cycle? age 22 5'6'' 165lbs 13%bf max bench 260. looking to put on 10-15 lbs of cut mass and get bf% down to 10%

wk 1-10 test e 500mg/week (2x 250mg)
wk 7-10 winny 50mg ED
wk 1-10 arimidex .25mg EOD

pct:
after last winny is administered
wk 11-13 nolva 40/30/30 ED
wk 11-14 clomid 100/50/50/50 ED

any suggestions. keep in mind this wont be for a good 4 months at least

I would take the winny 7-12 and test 1-10

yeah, and a two or three week pct is pretty short. 4 weeks of both clomid and nolva would be better

yah il extend winny to week 12 and start pct after last winny administration. and get more nolva and do 4 weeks 40/30/30/30 ED?

he is..enanthate is ending week 10.. running the winny 2 weeks longer
