Gaining as much info for new year cycle
Right managed to switch my brain in gear and take on the advice of everyone on here to cut my bf before starting my cycle
Now cutting and dropped from 240 to 233lbs - was 19% bf will get it measured start of Jan - hope to be down to at least 14% - 26 years old, 6 foot 4in.
i want to run a 12 week test e cycle of 500mgs a week and kick start this with 25mgs dianabol ed for the first 4 weeks.
Along with this i wanted to run an AI i think as i have come down from a high bf and as i'm going to be bulking i might end up bloating up a bit so would be more prone to Estrogen side effects so though if i ran one through the cycle it would be better safe than sorry - what should i take - arimidex ?
PCT - still researching this but was thinking:
1 - 4 clomid 50mg
1- 4 nolva 20mg
start pct 2 weeks after last test e injection???

also, going from 240 to 233 assuming all you lost was pure fat, you would drop a little less than 3%bf which is still a little higher than you would want before a cycle

yeah i know it's still too high bf wise and i'm contiuing to cut through dec and new year and looking to start cycle for 19th of jan at the latest so i'm all done and pct done by the time i go on holiday!!!!!
edited to 25mg now
Dbol results should be noticable a little in the first couple of weeks correct?
also at the moment i am training
Mon - shoulders and legs
Tues - back and biceps
Thurs - chest and triceps
when i'm on the cycle i am thinking of switching to
Mon - push and legs
Tues - pull
Thurs - Push
Fri - Pull
so i am hitting everything twice a week as i recover pretty quick anyway and the gear will aid my rcovery times as well correct???
Could you advise a good routine or a good research source to build my own from?
