Cycle thoughts
Ive done a number of cycles in the past, mainly to bulk. I managed to gain some good size and strength. My diets in the male intros and ive been training for 4 years, im 37 and train 4xaweek. (dead 150kg bench 120kg squat 160kg, not great but always improving).
So i want to cut and add some more strength, however i dont want to be ripped, or over ripped if you know what i mean. Heres the two cycles im looking at Test E 500ml pw, 10 weeks with Tri-trenabol 50ml pd, 10 weeks. Or Test E 400ml pw and Trenbolone E 400ml pw for 10 weeks. Any thoughts guys to which would suit my goal better.

I assume you mean mg, not ml. The cycles are practically identical other than esters and a slightly lower tren dosage with the first or lower test dosage with the second, I doubt there would be a signifigant difference either way.

Test and Tren is an excellent combo weather cutting or bulking is without doubt one of the best around, diet will determine results and your goals your trying to achieve.
