SUS 250 and EQ

Guys please help me with this cycle duration and quantity. My Stats:
53 years old, BB for 27 years , 158 lbs, 10 % BF, Height 5 ' 5, Blood test good to go. My BB show is around mid April 2009 going in Masters Div want to go in at about 170 lbs ripped up. Have 12- 250 ampules of SUS 250 and 2 - 10 cc bottles of 300 MG EQ . Do I need more ? And need to know correct amount of EQ to take weekly as well as SUS. My diet has been consistent for about 2 months now still pinching about 1/2 inch or slightly more on my abs doing 1 hr of cardio 6 days a week. Have not done a cycle in over 23 years.

Just off the top of my head for someone new to the game:

1-14 - Sust 250 - 500mg/week
1-14 - EQ - 600mg/week

For that you would need 24ml of sust and 24ml of EQ.

Off the top of my head I'm not 100% certain on EQ to Sust comparison of half-life, but guessing that the long ester in the sust would just about even out the half-life of the EQ.
